MeraCareerGuide.com

Couple of days back, I came across this site which happened to be a start-up from one of my BITS batch-mate.
I found the site really amazing. It has information put up very systematically and according to what I learn, the data-base is growing fast. I am sure, in the long run, the move is going to help the students a lot, afterall it provides all the guidance and even 'the word of mouth' to all needed ones.

Kudos for the great initiative and wishing for the success.

My Champ!

He, too, had been there; had even won! But he could only be as good as his opponents. He had no motivation to improve further; little did he think about it amidst all his celebrations.

Years passed and Mikey found someone else doing it better. He was upset, he was feeling like a loser. He thought, "It's never too late". He decided to make up for it. Yes, he had other priorities but he tried to manage it along with them. He tried hard, very hard and he came out improved. He was satisfied, relieved.

Today, after couple more years, he feels that while trying to squeeze in time for patching up for the older mistakes, he was doing the same mistake again with the priorities he had in hand. Today again, he feels the need for improving the way he handled his priorities two years back.

But he is not gonna do the same mistake now, i won't let him.
I don't want him to keep living his past. The mistakes of the past can not be corrected this way, the correction needs to reflect in the opportunities in hand, not in the lost and forgotten ones.

Once, just once, let him realize his potential with no shackles and no limitations. He is the best. I don't want him to be a Pete watching a Roger proving himself better. He can and he has to stay generations ahead. He wants to live as a champion, die as a champion. He doesn't want to repent about anything in future. He knows, he has got the potential and I, too, believe it.
